Shipping
We offer Canada-wide delivery with white-glove or curbside options depending on your region and order type. You’ll receive delivery timelines and tracking information once your order is processed.

Returns
Due to the custom nature and size of many of our products, returns are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery to discuss return eligibility. Products must be unused, in original packaging, and may be subject to restocking fees.

We offer support from purchase to placement through our partner installation network. If you choose our full-service option, we coordinate setup and aftercare for you.

Installation Options Include:

• Floor-standing sauna installation
• Cold plunge and water connection coordination
• Lighting and smart control setup
• Local subcontractor referrals for electrical and base prep
  

Maintenance Services (select regions):

• Glass/window cleaning
• Sauna interior cleaning
• Patio power washing and seasonal prep
• Snow and drainage clearing in winter
  

All products come with manufacturer warranties specific to the item purchased. Warranty durations vary by supplier and product category.

In general:

• Sauna products: 1–5 years (heaters, electronics, structure)
• Cold plunge & steam units: 1–2 years
• Accessories and lighting: 1 year

If a warranty issue arises, we'll coordinate with the supplier to assist in resolving the claim as quickly as possible.
